  4. As for you salad you should try bsalaf w/tomatoes, romaine lettuce , spinichanything else you like add craisans & sliced almonds & fatfree italian dressing. it;s delishious

  5. frozen grapes!it sounds kinda strange…but after working out or on a hot day, it’s super yummy and it cools you right down!

  6. I make a smoothie with a banana, a tbs. of natural peanut butter (not reduced fat), and 8 oz or less of almond milk. Blend it with ice and it gives an amazing energy boost for lunch! And the potassium from the banana helps reduce cramps if you work out in the afternoon. :) Great video! It’s giving me a lot of meal inspirations!!
